Set up IPTV on MAG Box & Stalker Portal
Configure your Infomir MAG 540, 524, 424 or older MAG box with our UK Stalker Portal URL and instant MAC address registration.

Before you start
- An Infomir MAG set-top box connected via HDMI and Ethernet to your TV
- Your MAG Box MAC address (starts with 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx on the rear barcode)
- Active IPTV Provider UK subscription registered with your MAG MAC address
- Broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K UHD, or 10 Mbps for HD (Virgin Media, BT, Sky, Vodafone, EE)

Step-by-step setup
Step 1: Connect MAG box and power on
Connect your MAG box to your television and router. Power it on and wait for the Inner Portal home screen to display.
Step 2: Open Portal Settings
Using your MAG remote, select "Settings" › "System settings" › "Servers" › "Portals".
Step 3: Enter Portal details
Set "Portal 1 Name" to "IPTV Provider UK". In "Portal 1 URL", type the exact Stalker Portal URL provided in your WhatsApp activation message.
Step 4: Save and apply portal settings
Press the Yellow button on your remote to save the portal configuration.
Step 5: Restart Portal
Press the Back button, select "Restart portal", or power cycle the MAG box.
Step 6: Load interactive TV guide
The yellow loading bar will progress to 100%, and the classic MAG electronic TV guide will open with UK channels, PPV sports, and VOD.
Troubleshooting
MAG screen shows "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider"
This message indicates your MAG MAC address has not yet been registered in our database or was typed with an error. Send a clear photo of the barcode on the bottom of your MAG box to our WhatsApp support, and we will activate it in under 60 seconds.
Loading bar stops at 50% or 75%
Unplug the power lead from your MAG box for 10 seconds. In 90% of UK cases, this is caused by Virgin Media Web Safe or BT Web Protect blocking the portal handshake. Disable Web Safe on your ISP account.
How do I change the audio track on dual-commentary football feeds?
Press the green "Audio" button on your MAG remote, then use the arrow buttons to select "English (Stereo)" or "Ambient Stadium Sound".
