Before you start
- Any compatible Smart TV, phone, streaming stick, tablet, or PC
- IPTV Smarters Pro installed from your device app store or official APK
- Your login details (Username, Password, Server URL) from your IPTV Provider UK WhatsApp message
- Broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K UHD, or 10 Mbps for HD (Virgin Media, BT, Sky, Vodafone, EE)

Step-by-step setup
Step 1: Download & open IPTV Smarters Pro
Install IPTV Smarters Pro on your device via the official store (Samsung Smart Hub, LG Content Store, Google Play, Apple App Store, or Downloader on Firestick).
Step 2: Accept terms and add new user
Open the app, accept the license agreement, and select "Add New User" from the main welcome screen.
Step 3: Select "Login with Xtream Codes API"
Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API". This format is significantly faster and loads full EPG channel categories.
Step 4: Enter your credentials
Fill in the 4 fields: Any Name (e.g. "IPTV UK"), Username, Password, and the exact Server URL sent to your WhatsApp by IPTV Provider UK.
Step 5: Sync channels, movies and series
Select "ADD USER". The app will download UK live channels, 4K sports sections, movies, and TV series in approximately 15-30 seconds.
Step 6: Test live stream and channels
Open the Live TV or Sports section and test any channel (e.g., Sky Sports Premier League or BBC One). In about 2 seconds the 4K stream should start playing smoothly without any buffering.
Troubleshooting
My login credentials are not accepted
Check for typos in the Server URL, Username or Password (they are case-sensitive). Ensure there are no accidental spaces copied from WhatsApp. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and our 24/7 UK team will verify your account immediately.
Audio plays but the screen remains black
Open IPTV Smarters Settings › Player Settings. Change the Player Engine from "Built-in" to "Hardware Decoder" or select "VLC Player / ExoPlayer".
Stream freezes or fails during live Saturday 3pm football matches
UK ISPs including Virgin Media, BT, and Sky enforce content filtering and security firewalls. In your Virgin Media online portal, turn off "Web Safe" (Virus Safe & Child Safe). On BT Home Hub, turn off "BT Web Protect". On Sky broadband, set "Sky Broadband Shield" to 18 or turn it off. Alternatively, set your router or device DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google).
How do I use Catch Up TV for missed Premier League matches?
Look for the yellow clock icon next to UK channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports). Tap the channel and choose "Catch Up" to watch any match or programme broadcast in the past 7 days.
