Before you start
- Fire TV Stick, Fire Cube, or Android TV device connected to your television
- Downloader app installed (or Google Play Store on Android TV)
- Your login details (Username, Password, Server URL) from your IPTV Provider UK WhatsApp message
- Broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K UHD, or 10 Mbps for HD (Virgin Media, BT, Sky, Vodafone, EE)

Step-by-step setup
Step 1: Install Downloader or open Google Play
On Firestick, search for "Downloader" in the Amazon Appstore and install it. On Android TV / Google TV, open Google Play and search for "TiviMate IPTV Player".
Step 2: Download TiviMate APK (Firestick users)
Open Downloader, enter shortcode 27584 (or tivimate.com) and click Go. When the APK downloads, select Install and then Open.
Step 3: Add Xtream Codes playlist
On the TiviMate welcome screen, select "Add Playlist", then choose "Xtream Codes login" (the fastest and most reliable format for UK live channels).
Step 4: Enter your IPTV Provider UK credentials
Type the Server URL, Username, and Password received in your WhatsApp activation message. Leave "Include VOD" checked and click Next.
Step 5: Sync UK TV Guide (EPG) & buffer cache
TiviMate will download the full UK TV guide with logos and match schedules. Go to Settings › Playback › Buffer size and select "Medium" (or "Large") for uninterrupted Premier League 4K streaming.
Step 6: Start watching UK Sports & 4K entertainment
Press the Back button to view the electronic TV guide. Navigate to Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, or 4K Cinema and enjoy instant 0.3s channel zapping.
Troubleshooting
Can I use TiviMate Premium with IPTV Provider UK?
Yes! TiviMate Free works for live TV, but TiviMate Premium unlocks 5 devices, multi-view (watch 4 football matches simultaneously), custom channel sorting, and cloud recording. Your IPTV Provider UK subscription is 100% compatible with both.
Stream freezes or fails during live Saturday 3pm football matches
UK ISPs including Virgin Media, BT, and Sky enforce content filtering and security firewalls. In your Virgin Media online portal, turn off "Web Safe" (Virus Safe & Child Safe). On BT Home Hub, turn off "BT Web Protect". On Sky broadband, set "Sky Broadband Shield" to 18 or turn it off. Alternatively, set your router or device DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google).
EPG (programme guide) shows "No Information"
Go to Settings › EPG › Update EPG. If it fails, check Settings › Playlists › [Your Playlist] › EPG sources and ensure the primary EPG URL is assigned to your UK channels.
My login credentials are not accepted
Check for typos in the Server URL, Username or Password (they are case-sensitive). Ensure there are no accidental spaces copied from WhatsApp. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and our 24/7 UK team will verify your account immediately.
