1. Definitions
- 1.1Defined terms. In these terms, the words below have the meanings given to them.
- Service
- The IPTV Provider UK streaming subscription service, including live channels, VOD movies, series, catch-up, EPG, Anti-Freeze servers, and related customer support.
- Customer
- The individual or business who places an order and whose details appear on the account ("you").
- Plan
- The package you buy, as listed on our pricing page, which sets your Term, price and included capacity.
- Term
- The fixed period your Plan covers (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months), starting on the day we issue your Credentials.
- Credentials
- The M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes credentials (Username, Password, Server URL) we issue so you can access the Service.
- Uptime
- The percentage of minutes in a calendar month in which the Service is available, measured under clause 2.2.
- Service Credit
- A credit against future fees, calculated under clause 2.4, given when Uptime falls below our commitment.
- Working Day
- Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in England.
- 1.2Interpretation. "We", "us" and "our" mean IPTV Provider UK Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the Customer. "Including" means including without limitation, and headings are for convenience only.
2. SLA Agreements
- 2.1Uptime commitment. We commit that the Service will achieve Uptime of at least 99.9% in every calendar month, on every Plan.
- 2.2How we measure it. Independent probes in at least five UK and international locations request a test object through your Edge Credentials every 60 seconds. A minute counts as unavailable when more than half of the probes fail to receive a valid response. Uptime is the number of available minutes divided by the total minutes in the month.
- 2.3Exclusions. Minutes do not count as unavailable when the cause is:
- scheduled maintenance that we announce by email and on our status page at least 48 hours in advance;
- your origin, encoder, player, network or configuration, or anything else within your control;
- traffic that breaches section 6, or a suspension under clause 3.5; or
- events outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of the public internet or an act of a government.
- 2.4Service Credits. If Uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, you are entitled to a Service Credit equal to the percentage below of that month's equivalent fee. The monthly equivalent fee is your Plan price divided by the months in its Term; on the 12 Months plan it is £5.83.
Service Credits by monthly Uptime Monthly Uptime Service Credit Below 99.9% 10% of that month's equivalent fee Below 99.5% 25% of that month's equivalent fee Below 99.0% 50% of that month's equivalent fee - 2.5How to claim. Email support@iptvprovideruk.co.uk within 30 days of the end of the affected month, with your account name and the dates and times you were affected. We confirm the outcome within 5 Working Days. Service Credits are applied to your next renewal or used to extend your current Term, and are not paid as cash.
- 2.6Sole remedy. To the extent the law allows, Service Credits are your only remedy for the Service being unavailable. Total Service Credits for any month will not exceed 50% of that month's equivalent fee.
3. Cancellations
- 3.1Prepaid fixed Terms. Every Plan is a fixed Term paid in full in advance. Your Term starts when we issue your Edge Credentials.
- 3.2Renewal. Plans renew for the same Term at the then-current price unless you switch renewal off. We email you at least 7 days before any renewal is charged.
- 3.3Cancel at any time. You can cancel, or switch off renewal, at any time from the Billing page of your account or by emailing support@iptvprovideruk.co.uk. We confirm in writing within one Working Day.
- 3.4At the end of your Term. The Service runs until 23:59 UK time on the last day of your Term. Your Edge Credentials are then revoked and we stop serving your traffic. We keep your configuration and analytics for 30 days so you can reactivate or export them, after which they are deleted.
- 3.5Suspension for breach. We may suspend or end the Service if you seriously breach these terms, including section 6, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you 5 Working Days to put things right. We may act immediately where that is needed to protect the network or other customers.
- 3.6Refunds. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy in section 4.
4. Refund Policy

7. Liability
- 7.1What we do not limit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- 7.2Indirect loss. Subject to clause 7.1, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- 7.3Overall cap. Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
- 7.4Your responsibility. You are responsible for losses that arise from your content or from a breach of section 6.
8. Data Protection
- 8.1UK GDPR. We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our privacy policy explains what we collect about you and your team, why, and your rights.
- 8.2Viewer data. Where we process your viewers' personal data, such as IP addresses in delivery logs, we do so as your processor under our data processing addendum, which is available on request.
- 8.3Where data is held. Account data and delivery logs are stored in the UK. Your content is cached at edge locations worldwide only as needed to deliver it to viewers.
